🚚 Shipping Information (For Physical Products)
All physical items—such as t-shirts, mugs, and other merchandise—are made to order and are fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand partners.
📦 Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
🌍 Shipping Time:
USA: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
International: 7–21 business days depending on location
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
⏳ Note: Shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
🎨 Digital Downloads
All digital art files are delivered instantly after purchase via a secure download link.
You’ll also receive the link by email. If you run into any issues, just contact us—we're happy to help.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
📥 Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. Once a file is delivered, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
📦 Physical Products:
We gladly replace items that are:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (wrong item/size)
📸 To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include:
A photo of the item
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
🚫 We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or change-of-mind purchases, as each item is made to order.
📦 Note: In most cases, returns are not required. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement without the need to send the item back. If a return is needed, we will provide the appropriate return address.
